Who does stuff like this? We're jealous!

We promise you that when we say FREE we mean free. No mystery boxes, paywalls or secret subscriptions, and have we got a FREE find for you!

The South Jersey Transportation Authority is doing something amazing to support the small business community. This is NOT to-good-to-be-true, we shook hands on this with the head honcho himself! This is real! This special event you may want to participate in to promote your business and/or service.

The South Jersey Transportation Authority will be holding its 100 Days of Summer event on Friday, May 24 (they do this every year).  In 2023, they had over 40 vendors and crafters participate.  Most impressive, an estimated 5,000 people stopped by to partake in the festivities at the Farley Service Plaza at mile marker 21.3 on the Atlantic City Expressway.  And this year, they expect even more!

Seriously, who puts a market on an expressway!? Apparently they do! This is amazing traffic!

There will be food trucks, giveaways, and an extremely popular car show.  The Funny Farm Rescue Sanctuary of Mays Landing will also be bringing their petting zoo for kids to see and hold animals “up close and personal.”  And a live broadcast by WIP Sports Radio will entice many listeners to stop and visit their favorite radio personality and talk a little sports.  There’s truly something for everyone – adults and children alike.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

And… Chickie’s and Pete’s sports bar (did I say free crab fries!) joins in the celebration by picking up the tolls for every vehicle that travels eastbound through the Egg Harbor Toll Plaza from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.

I’ve attached a flyer as well as a drone shot of the Farley Plaza to give you an idea of the popularity of the event.  And if you’d like to participate, they even provide the table and chairs at no charge!

ProcurementCon is a firm believer in the collaborative economy, businesses elevating businesses, so if you can’t be part of this, forward this email to one of your entrepreneur friends, local crafter, side hustling buddies and give them a chance to reap the benefits that South Jersey Transportation Authority is offering!
