Do You Need to File a BOI Under New Federal Regs?

Find out during the SBA's NO-Cost Webinar on Nov. 7

Hey there,

We’re excited to bring The Deets to the heart of our ProcurementCon Business Community, a space for real conversations, valuable resources, and no-nonsense support for small businesses.

If you've been following us, you know we’re about more than just promos. We deliver insights, shine a spotlight on small business champions, and work tirelessly to connect you with resources and opportunities, all to keep this community strong. You’re here because you're part of that mission—committed to your business and dedicated to growing the small business network, and we appreciate you for that!

Now, let’s talk BOI. If you’re a small business owner, recent federal regulations might mean you’re required to file Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI). Using these new transparency requirements, the government is cracking down on hidden ownership to combat fraud and financial crimes. So, completing your BOI will soon be necessary to protect your business.

The SBA’s no-cost webinar on November 7 at 2 PM ET will break down the who, what, and how of BOI filing requirements. This event is hosted by SBA Regions 1 and 2, which covers NY, NJ, PR, US Virgin Islands, and CT. ME, MA, NJ, RI and VT. BUUUUUUT, that doesn’t mean anyone outside those regions is excluded from this no-cost webinar. So please take a minute to elevate your business with knowledge. After all, knowledge is power.

Date and Time: Thurs. Nov. 7th at 2 pm ET, Virtual Event

Filing your BOI is simple, secure, and free of charge. Visit Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting | FinCEN.gov for more information.
