Joanne Newborn - Joanne Newborn - Founder of Newborn Evolution: Lifestyle & Leadership Transformation with a Jungian Twist.  As Dr. Larisa Gaitour puts it; I work as a physician in a conventional medical system. It seems perfect on the outside but I feel drained and exhausted on the inside. Scrolling through the facebook feed I noticed Joanne’s program “Ignite 2020” which I decided to attend. As I listened to her during this event I felt a part of me that had been suppressed and exiled a long time ago finally waking up.

Dr. Jackeline MejiasFurtes - Dr. Jackeline MejiasFurtes - Director of Monmouth Ocean SBDC: Dr. Mejias-Furtes' journey from entrepreneur to business advocate and entrepreneurial leader is not without its trials and tribulations.  She has navigated some of the most difficult times to emerge not only as a staple in the small business community, but as a professor of marketing and small business, but you don't have to enroll in college to hear from this stellar woman that rocks.

Laura Depko - Founder of Depko Cognitive Therapy: Passionate, dedicated, hard working therapist. The area I’m most passionate about is working with athletes. Whether it be improving mental performance in sport, improving mental health, getting ready for the next level, topics such as mindfulness, mental health, mental skills, and LGBTQ+ related issues, I got you covered!  Don't let that bio fool you, Laura also talks work with small business owners to help them cope with the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, and she will share some of her life story and insights with you.

Dominick Belfiore - Sr. VP of Business Relations M&T Bank: Dominick is passionate about the success of small businesses and has his own journey to share.  His wisdom and experience working with small businesses gives him both the 30,000 foot view and the down and dirty perspective.  He is dedicated today to serving us entrepreneurs as he was when he served our country as a U.S. Marine, and we're excited for Dominick to share his insights and wisdom with you.

Jennifer Perkel - Founder of HearHere LLC - Jenn made an incredible leap from career educator to side hustle event organizer which turned into a full time, self employed gig she wasn't event expecting!  Her journey has taken her from one simple event to more than 50 events and a serious scale up learning curve.
